Welcome to
Sweet Regencies and tales with a deadly
twist... Greetings ~ I'm Amy Corwin, the author of several historicals set in the Regency period with a touch of suspense and mystery. Outrageous Behavior is doing fabulously! It's been on my publishers "Top Ten Bestsellers" for almost an entire month, now, and is still going strong. Long and Short Reviews even nominated it for "Best story of the Week" which was wonderful! Outrageous Behavior is a Regency romantic short story from The Wild Rose Press. My lovely editor has presented me with the cutest cover--and yes, fishing does play a strangely pivotal role. In fact, I believe there are no ills that a nice fishing trip cannot solve.
Christmas Mishaps was published for the holiday season, but it's still available. This story about a very unlucky woman forms part of Cerridwen Press' Christmas Anthology, A Cotillion Country Christmas. I Bid One American is available as an e-book and as a paperback. You can get paperback copies from Amazon.com and it is even available in Kindle format. Also available from: The Wild Rose Press.
Smuggled Rose
is available from
Cerridwen Press,
both as an
e-book and
paperback. The paperback is available from
Amazon.com and Cerridwen Press. News I'm getting ready to attend the Romance Writers of America (RWA) convention in Washington, DC. I'm looking forward to it, especially since I grew up in the DC metropolitan area and it will give me a chance to catch up on the "doings around town". The Wild Rose Press has contracted Vampire Protector, my first contemporary and first paranormal. It should be released sometime in 2010. Highland Press contracted The Necklace, a prequel to I Bid One American. The Necklace features the Archer family and a cursed emerald, lost for years and unfortunately, found again. Not to mention a murder which may, or may not, be the result of the curse. It should be released sometime in 2010. And...I've resubmitted the manuscript for The Bricklayer's Helper to my publisher. This is a sequel to I Bid One American and the Archer family faces another murder and a secret from their dark past. Not to mention a heroine disguised as a bricklayer and an inquiry agent who can't seem to stop looking in mirrors long enough to find the killer. Keep your fingers crossed for good news. So after the long, dry spell in 2009, I hope I'll have some new works published in 2010. Finally, I had an absolutely wonderful time meeting readers and schmoozing with other historical romance writers at the Regency Tea in Cary, NC. I can't thank the folks enough who set it up.
